1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using OwlClip(“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Free tools are provided as-is
The free tools (hashtag generator, caption line breaker, hook ideas library, transcript clip finder, and similar) run in your browser and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Output is for guidance only — always double-check platform limits and specs before posting. We may change, pause, or remove a tool at any time.
3. The clip-generation service
When you use the paid clip-generation product, you agree to provide content you have the right to use. You are responsible for the videos you submit and for how you use the clips you create, including compliance with the platforms you post to and with copyright law.
4. Accounts and credits
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity under your account. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no scraping that disrupts the site, no unlawful or infringing content, no attempts to breach security, and no interference with other users.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, copy, and code are owned by OwlClip unless otherwise noted. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy or resell it without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OwlClip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
